At Fundación Mediapila, we spent 2025 proving that when you invest in a woman’s economic autonomy, you invest in the transformation of entire families and communities. For 20 years, our mission has been to dismantle the structural barriers that keep vulnerable women from accessing the formal labor market.

2025: A Year of Resilience and Results

•  Empowering over 300 Women: Every year, we provide training to more than 300 women through high-impact courses in industrial sewing and technology. 

•  Closing the Digital Gap: Our "Mujeres Programando Futuro" program trained young women in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to enter the dynamic IT sector. 

•  Beyond the Trade: We integrated psychosocial support and peer mentoring to strengthen self-esteem and emotional management , ensuring that technical skills are backed by personal sovereignty. 

•  Sustainable Income: Graduates accessed real opportunities through our job placement tools and our own social textile production unit.

   

Starting 2026: Our Vision for Growth

Our success is built on articulation. We are incredibly grateful for the companies, private sector allies, and individual donors who walked alongside us this past year.

As we begin this new year, our goal is to grow. We want to reach more women, foster more partnerships, and continue building a society where autonomy replaces exclusion. We are not just training workers; we are supporting agents of change.
