This report is very special because we are approaching a new anniversary, a moment that invites us to celebrate everything we have achieved together and also to renew our commitment to our mission.

At this time we started the new courses of technology, sewing and entrepreneurship, accompanying new women on their way to autonomy and the generation of real opportunities. Each of them comes with different dreams and challenges, and our job is to give them the tools so they can build a future with more dignity and freedom.

Our social programs continue to grow: in addition to technical training, we continue to strengthen the spaces of personal development, tutoring and social accompaniment, which are key for each woman to sustain her process of change. We also continue to generate opportunities through the Bolsa de Trabajo de Costura, which connects graduates with workshops and committed brands, and through alliances that boost labor insertion in the world of programming. Over the years we have accompanied more than 1,000 women, and today we look back with pride and forward with enthusiasm.
