We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who has supported our "Empower health of 50 Nicaraguan women" campaign on GlobalGiving.
While we have not received recent donations through this specific platform, the Health & Help clinic on the slopes of the Cosiguina volcano continues its operations uninterrupted. Despite the rainy season cutting off access to the state hospital from La Salvia, the Health & Help clinic continues to provide vital medical care. Our dedicated team recently conducted an outreach visit to the nearby village of Tiguilitada, delivering essential medications on horseback to patients who otherwise would go without treatment.
While we have not yet received donations through the GlobalGiving platform for this specific project, your ongoing support means the world to us. We remain deeply grateful to everyone who continues to champion our mission and makes these life-saving journeys possible.
