1. Funmilayo is a woman with 7 children which she single handedly takes care of as she's separated from her husband who does not pay any childcare support on the children. She has photography and catering skills which she maximises by baking cakes and selling of confectioneries to finance her self and her children but because of the weight of her responsibility and the impact of Covid -19 pandemic her business crashed and since then she has been living from hand to mouth through people's goodwill and tokens she received from washing of cloth for people in her environment.
With funds received from GlobalGiving, OCDI bought her some necessary materials which is needed to kick start her confectionery business again. Now she has commenced her confectionery business and cake baking again and has been able to feed herself and her seven children.
