Dear Donors,
We sincerely thank you for your support toward the Empower 90 Survivors of Sex Trafficking in Nigeria project. Your contribution reflects care for women working to rebuild their lives after exploitation. However, the donations received so far are still not enough to begin the planned training and support activities.
Across Nigeria, many survivors of trafficking return home with little or no resources. They face stigma, emotional distress, and lack of income opportunities, making it difficult to start again.
Without practical skills or financial support, many remain at risk of falling back into harmful situations. The absence of stable income leaves them with limited choices for survival.
This project is designed to train 90 survivors in tailoring, provide transport support during training, and supply sewing machines and shop rent after graduation. These steps will help participants start small businesses and earn a steady income.
With the right support, survivors can regain stability, support themselves, and move forward with dignity.
We are grateful for the support already received and remain hopeful that additional contributions will make it possible to begin this program and reach those who need this opportunity.
Thank you for your kindness and continued support.
Sincerely,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
