Thank you very much for your ongoing support of Young Lives on the ground! We are encountering challenging times; the COVID-19 situation has disrupted education all over the world, and sure enough, the marginalised youth are most affected by it. This situation has challenged us to respond and pivot quickly.
In the immediate aftermath of the COVID-19, we were among the first to respond to the food shortages in the Kachin/Chin refugee communities within Kuala Lumpur by coordinating relief supplies, and helping to build connections to other NGOs.
We have also continued to give the best possible education and support to our students. This is done through our latest initiative: Young Lives X!
Young Lives X is a social intrapreneurial initiative which:
Our platform is already live, and much more will be done over our platform development cycle.
None of this is possible without your support. On behalf of the Young Lives in Asia team, I would like to thank all of you once again, and we will continue to be in touch with you as we continue doing our best to serve the needs of all the communities we work with in ASEAN.
