A big thank you to everyone who has supported our aim to raise $5000 and 40 subscribers. This means we will be permanent members of globalgiving.com and can continue to raise funds through this very valuable website. It means that we will be the position to raise funds, particularly from US residents and US companies who choose to distribute funds through globalgiving.com.
I know there are many people from Tamil Nadu who live in the US and some have supported this initial campaign and we hope they will support further campaigns.
We have ended up with 50 subscribers so far and we have reached our target of $5000. Mainly due to the support of one benefactor, without whom Nandri would not be where we are today.
