Dear Donors and Stakeholders,
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to you for your invaluable support in the ongoing battle against plastic waste. Your contributions have been instrumental in our mission to reduce the impact of plastic waste in our region, while also providing economic opportunities to the youth. As we are in November, we wanted to provide you with an update on our progress and express our continued appreciation for your commitment to this cause.
Your support has empowered us and given us the strength to press on with this project. While our fundraising platform may still indicate that additional funding is required, we want to assure you that we remain steadfast in our commitment to this project. Our members are dedicated, and we are contributing our energy, skills, and financial resources to ensure the uninterrupted implementation of this crucial initiative.
Our recent efforts have been promising. We are on the process of establishing more collections centres. Many more individuals, both youth and women, have since joined the fight against plastic waste. We are particularly proud to inform you that a coalition of seven Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) has emerged as a result of our sensitization efforts. This coalition, known as the "JEMANT Group," has made it their primary mission to combat plastic waste.
In the accompanying pictures, you can see the directors actively engaging in sensitization and campaign showing importance of plastic wastes recycling lather than disposal. Through the JEMANT Group, we are determined to ensure that the project continues, even if there is still a funding gap. We are dedicated to working in close cooperation with you, our generous donors, to ensure the project's success.
Looking ahead, we aspire to establish youth centers dedicated to plastic waste collection in the coming months. To achieve this goal, we need to secure funding for essential equipment such as gloves, spring balances, collecting bags, and rental spaces. Your support thus far has been truly remarkable, and we kindly request your assistance in spreading the word. Please consider sharing our cause with your friends, colleagues, institutions, companies, and family members to help us raise the necessary funds for these upcoming project activities.
