Building confidence on the most important concept to empowering girls. Teaching them the "can do" attitude early in life will empower them to fufill their dreams.
Constant reminders to girls helps build confience. Holding regular classes and giving girls specific tasks to fulfill around the campus, helps build their confidence.
Our girls are coached every step of the day to ensure that they can shine to their full potential. Our girls soccer team outshines the boys. Our 10 books, 10 stories for our 10th Anniversary, features 7 girls and only 3 boys, who created their stories to tell how they feel. Our current scholarship students going on to Grade 10, includes 7 girls and only 3 boys. The results of this empowerment can be seen in the gender of our scholarship students, We consistently have 50% more girls as our scholarship students. They are the most dilligent and always come in the top 5 of their class.
Having personally been involved in thie program from the start, it gives me great pleasure to walk into a classroom and ask questions, know that the girls always seem to have the answers. It is wonderful to see such positive results making our empowerment program so successful.
Thank you to all our sponsors who believe in "Girl Power" and have helped make the weekly counselling sessions such a success.
Thank you for your constant support.
