Cooperation and partnerships: • Strengthening cooperation with donors and local and international partners . • Supporting development and humanitarian projects in various field. • Institutional and administrative support for the SORD during the period from July 2026 to October 2026 marks a significant step in enhancing its capacity to implement its programs and projects. • By strengthening financial, administrative, and technical support, the organization can better achieve its goals. Challenges and Obstacles: • While the general and specific objectives are essential for this project, several obstacles hinder their achievement and the implementation of activities. • SORD seeks to allocate funds for staff and volunteers, along with incentives, to ensure effective work and the optimal execution of activities. • Furthermore, the ongoing conflicts and wars in the country pose significant challenges, weakening the organization's overall performance. • Therefore, we at SORD appeal to donors, contributors, and supporters to give this project the attention it deserves so that the organization can develop properly, train its staff, and improve its operations at all levels. -The success of this project, and indeed the organization as a whole, depends on generous support. • Weak financial resources, as the funds needed to implement the activities were not available. • Strengthening cooperation with donors and local and international partners. • Improving the quality of services provided to beneficiaries through continuous evaluation. finish…
