AHD field team has started its baseline survey to identify the most needy families. The criteria has been set and AHD will select the severely flood affected families, poorest of the poor, female headed families and the families which have not received any support from the humanitarian community. The lists are being prepared with detailed information about the families and their losses.
The field has also met with the local community elders, NGO, INGOs, and district line departments to support the work of AHD as the distribution starts. The local key actors have ensured their support and are now helping in baseline survey also.
