Dear Friends,
This past weekend the Conviventia humanitarian relief team arrived in the Choco region of Colombia. We are excited to share with you some of the pictures, videos and impacts of your wonderful support for our outreach to families and individuals affected by flooding and mudslides in these communities.
Our first stop was the town of Cértegui, and the team was very busy yesterday (Saturday) delivering general medical services, counseling and donations of basic needs items to 400 people needing assistance. Today the team continues there, and will be providing medical services to Indians from the Embera tribe who have traveled between 3 and 6 hours to access these services, as they have none available in their villages.
We hope you enjoy these updates, and are so blessed to have your support. Thank you for your kind and generous hearts.
Sincerely,
the Conviventia Team
