Thanks to the partnership with the association Italia-Ucraina (Bologna), the association Dobri Liudi Bukovunu di Kitsman (town close to Siret, on the romanian border) and the support of municipalities and associations nearby Ferrara, we could send off the first truck loaded with 18 tons of humanitarian aids as food supplies, medications, hygiene products and baby products, clothing, blankets). The truck arrived in Chernivtsi on the 21st of March.
A part of the goods has been loaded on other trucks and vans, and carried to the regions of Kharkiv, Kyiv and to the orphanages of Kelmensi and Storoshinets too. The other part was dispatched to the first reception centers that are welcoming refugees on the Chernivtsi territory.
Thanks to all our GlobalGiving donors and keep supporting humanitarian aid in Chernivtsi!
