Remember how you're making a difference in girls' education and menstrual health in Kenya?
Thanks for your support! In the past three months, we have provided Dignity Kits with a year's supply of sanitary pads to 4 four girls in Tharaka Nithi schools. This means they won't miss school or feel anxious because of their periods!
For more good news, HopeCore provided 1,782 girls in schools with comprehensive health education on period hygiene, empowering them to manage their periods confidently.
To raise money for even more Dignity Kits, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer Melavin Muthamaki, cycled from Kenya to Tanzania on July 12th-17th. Thanks to his dedication, we’ve exceeded our goal of $1000 for this ride, which means 100 more girls will receive annual supplies!
Imagine the impact! With your continued support, we can ensure another underprivileged girl in Tharaka Nithi has the resources and knowledge to manage her periods with dignity.
On September 7th, 2024, we're hosting our "Embrace Her Cycle: Walk for Dignity" charity walk. Help us raise more than $32,000 in donations to purchase a year's supply of sanitary towels for 3,705 underprivileged schoolgirls (that's 44,460 towels!).
