Get Your Donation Matched Through December 31th

A generous anonymous donor has agreed to double match new monthly donations from November 29 to December 31, 2016. Make a monthly recurring donation to our Egg Laying Hens for Haitian Families Project and get your donation double matched! For example, if you set up a new $25 monthly recurring donation, an anonymous donor will donate an additional $50 to the project. Double your impact on ending hunger by contributing to the only protein rich meal these children will have each day.

Each hen can provide approximately 360 eggs a year, for an average of three years. By introducing a source of protein, like eggs, to their diet these kids can get back on track to good health, miss less days of school and potentially even improve their school performance.

For instance, meet Doodenia, a bright 12-year-old Haitian girl, who is underweight and malnourished, tired and hungry all the time, making it difficult for her to stay awake in class. She is provided with the only two meals she receives every day at school, but with your donation you can make these meals protein rich! By introducing a source of protein, like eggs, Doodnia can get back on track to good health and the ability to further her education.

We are incredibly grateful for the important, protein-rich imact your donation has on these beautiful children.
