Only one thing can defeat poverty in South Sudan; Education!
Thanks for your recent generous gift to Educate Children and Fight Poverty in South Sudan project. Your commitment to help the needy get out of poverty is really appreciated by our board of trustees and those who will benefit most – the children!
Education is a key in a battle against poverty in Omilling, and now, these villagers know the importance of sending their children to school. A woman said this project is worth their local support; they will make quarry stones, collect lake sand, and donate their labour free of charge, so the school is build. The target is to make 70,000 pieces of interlocking soil blocks, and 32000 have been produced. Two hundred and thirteen thousands bags of cement (50kg -each) have been used to make these blocks. Each bag of (50kg) cement produces 150 pieces of blocks, and the cement was purchased from a factory in Uganda. The villagers are committed to making the remaining balance of 38000. This is really good and positive!
Children are eager to see this project progressing. They need your help to build Mario Primary School for current and future generations.
Since this project is still under implementation, we will be sending you the quarterly report. You will get to know what your donation has helped impact, what we have achieved.
