DWAF is empowering 50 deaf children from underprivileged families by providing quality academic and religious education in sign language. These children face double barriers-poverty and disability-making access to education a challenge. They cannot afford fees or transport. With your support, we will cover their school fees and provide a dedicated van for safe pick and drop, ensuring equal learning opportunities and a brighter, independent future.
Deaf children from poor families in Sahiwal face a double disadvantage: poverty and disability. With no access to affordable education in sign language, they are deprived of both academic and religious learning. Their families cannot afford even a modest fee or daily transport, leaving them excluded from opportunities that could empower them to live independently and contribute positively to society.
This project will provide 50 deaf children with quality academic and religious education in sign language. By covering their school fees and arranging a dedicated van for safe transport, DWAF will remove financial and accessibility barriers. These children will gain literacy, confidence, and equal opportunities, enabling them to build independent lives and become contributing members of society.
Educating deaf children in sign language will break the cycle of poverty and isolation. Over time, they will become literate, skilled, and confident individuals able to pursue higher education and employment. This not only transforms their lives but also promotes inclusion, reduces dependency, and creates a more tolerant and equitable society where people with disabilities are valued and empowered.
