Inception Meeting Update

By Ronnie Remmy Mukwaya | Executive Director

Education Should Reach Every Child, Especially Vul
Education Should Reach Every Child, Especially Vul

Dear friends and supporters,

Greetings.

We are excited to share an update on our project, Educate Vulnerable Children, Educate a Nation. As we prepare for full implementation, we have started essential groundwork activities to ensure that the program will run smoothly and reach the children who need it most.

In the coming days, we will hold an inception meeting with local leaders. This meeting will help us introduce the project goals, confirm beneficiary selection, and align roles and responsibilities. Building strong partnerships with community leaders is the first step toward lasting impact.

After the inception meeting, our team will begin community awareness and mobilization, including:

  • Sensitizing parents and guardians

  • Identifying vulnerable children most in need

  • Engaging volunteers and teachers

  • Preparing the community for participation and support activities

These early actions are important because they strengthen transparency, ownership, and trust within the community. Once we receive initial donations, we will immediately begin implementing activities and will share photos and updates with you.

Thank you for believing in our mission. Your support will help vulnerable children receive the education they deserve.

With warm regards and gratitude,
Mukwaya Ronnie Remmy
