Weekly Workouts

By Chittapala | Project Leader

Elsa Primary School has recently introduced a weekly exercise program designed to enhance the health and wellbeing of its students. Recognizing the importance of physical fitness alongside academic achievement, the school offers structured activities each week, including stretching and basic aerobics. Teachers guide the sessions, ensuring that exercises are appropriate for different age groups and abilities.

These sessions aim to improve strength, coordination, and confidence, and are quickly becoming a favorite part of the school week as students eagerly engage in the activities. The initiative has garnered positive feedback from parents, who have observed improvements in their children's health and mood.
