Saraswati Puja 2026 was celebrated on January 23rd, aligning with Vasant Panchami, a festival that marks the onset of spring and honors the goddess of knowledge, arts, and wisdom. At Elsa Primary School, students embraced the spirit of the season by donning yellow attire and adorning the space with marigold flowers, symbolizing the vibrancy of spring.
The day was filled with prayers and cultural performances, allowing students to express their appreciation for their teachers and the importance of education. An image of Goddess Saraswati was honored with food offerings, representing gratitude and the nourishment of intellect. The festivities wrapped up with students and teachers sharing traditional Indian sweets, fostering a sense of community and celebration.
