Dear CHANGE supporters,
This year has been the most difficult year since the day of our establishment. Due to COVID-19, all our activities were put on halt, our secretariat is keeping their eyes on new developments with butterflies in their stomach, funding sources for environmental projects are shrivelling to compensate for more urgent medical relief efforts. That's why it's hard for this particular camp, which in its first year, to be happening.
We must understand that plastic consumption is going rampant globally for the sake of hygienic safety and shopping convenience in the context of lockdown, placing unrelenting pressure on the inadequate infrastructure of waste management, wreaking havoc on marine creatures and the ecosystem through waste leakage. The need for projects to resolve the problem is necessary more than ever. Please help us to realise this project in a bid to contribute to plastic pollution mitigation! Meanwhile, we'll continue being part of the solution, doing our best to carry out our other funded plastic projects.
