Education is the only way through which one can make the underprivileged children’s future bright and oneself self-capable and self-sufficient. With this positive view, Abhilasha Foundation organizes awareness program on the need and benefits of education. We have set up 10 portable classrooms. They are not only provided with quality education but also with a quality stationary, life skills and focus on teaching English to them. We cannot do anything without your help and support. Your monthly donation is very important to these underprivileged children who receive your generous help. The funds received will be used for educating the underprivileged children. Please help Abhilasha Foundation to give these underprivileged children, a hope for the future and the assurance of our unwavering helping hand by educating them.

Case story of one of the beneficiary under Educational Support Programme:
This is the story of an enthusiastic and a brilliant who is a 14 year old boy studying in 9th standard in Gurukul English High School, Malad, Malvani. He has been associated with Abhilasha Foundation for the last 4 ½ years. His father works in a road side food stall and takes care of the family. His mother is a housewife. Now he anchors the programme in English and also choreographs dances and helps the teacher when she is teaching. He also teaches the other children when they have doubt. He also developed a skit on discrimination of girl child with the help of the teacher. He has an elder sister who is studying in 11th standard. When he joined the center he was a very shy boy and today his parents say that his personality has been changed because of Abhilasha Foundation. He speaks with confidence and has become a bold person. He welcomes the donors and knows how to speak with the donors and answers the questions whatever they ask. He anchors the whole programme when any donor visits. He helps all the underprivileged children who come to learn in this day care centre.
It was a ray of hope for the underprivileged children when Abhilasha Foundation started its day care center in Malad. We supported him with school stationery, note books, school bags, school kits etc. He wants to become an IAS officer. He is happy now and is continuing his education and has the best opportunities in life along with the help of the supporters and donors. Abhilasha Foundation is immensely proud of the improvements and we have been able to make in the lives of these underprivileged children and hope to reach out more underprivileged children with your continued support.
