With universities and schools set to reopen in September, we are fundraising to help education be back on track. We also have been holding virtual supplementary conferences with powerful, inspiring speakers on You Are Not Defined by The Colour of Your Skin."
In Pakistan, it is the young girls who bear the brunt of colorism and it really damages their self-esteem, cripples their motivation and ambition. This was the first such conference in Pakistan's history and was opened by Mrs. Samina Alvi, wife of the President Of Pakistan.
More than 3 million deserving girls, stuck at home during Covid, had access to and some even spoke at this training.
