Education

All school age going children go to school, most community children have picket up a great courageinlearning.

There is a great change in their learning.

Scholastic materials

These  materials like exercise books, pens, pencils, rubbers, rulers and every materials that aid children’s smooth learning.

Uniforms are provided once a year but we haven’t provided uniforms to our children for the funds were only enough for scholastics for whole year we are looking forward to providing them in the nearest future incase funds are released through mama Jaya.

Feeding:

A)     At home

At home the very needy OVC and child headed families get food to feed at home and we have already got food to keep them going to the end of April from last fear’s food this is posho and beans.

b) At school

We, feed our children on beans and maize this food will go up to the end of April, we had bought is food last year.

Fees- top up

Very few have been provided with this item due to little funds, we shall try next time.

Health care

Our children take a balanced diet to keep healthy and strong, we monitor them

HIV/AIDS:

In connection with health over positive child are always visited to make where they take their drugs in time and keep the drug rules of HIV/AIDS by not missing to take them .A RVs some been put to one tablet a day we make sure they follow the system of the tablets.

Counseling is done promptly by over counselors trained in long term survival skills HIV/AIDS.

Development

Our children’s standards of learning has improved and most learners were promoted to the next level of learning

All over children in over communities go to school, they are smart and healthy.

Challenges:

  • The season was not good and yield was very poor. There is very little food in our communities where our children come from and in their home.
  • There is no food for our children beginning in May 2019.

Suggestions:

  • Uniforms should be bought in term 2, beginning from May in case funds are released.
  • If possible food for children for term two to three be bought.

Conclusion:

We have gone through last year 2018 well with great assistance. We are very grateful, hoping for smooth running of our activities in 2019.

God bless you.
