Dear Donor,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to share an update and heartfelt appeal for our project, “Educate 50 Children with Disabilities in Kenya.”
1. The Vision
Every child deserves the right to learn, grow, and reach their full potential — including children with disabilities. Unfortunately, in many parts of Kenya, these children are often excluded from education due to stigma, lack of resources, and limited access to inclusive schools.
Our project seeks to provide 50 children with disabilities access to education by supporting school fees, learning materials, therapy services, and teacher training on inclusive practices. We believe that when given the opportunity, these children can excel and inspire others in their communities.
2. Why Your Support Matters
Currently, we are in the early stages of fundraising. Many families of children with disabilities live below the poverty line and cannot afford the cost of education or therapy. Your support can change that — every contribution, big or small, moves us closer to opening classroom doors for these deserving children.
3. Our Plan
Once fully funded, the project will:
Sponsor 50 children with disabilities to access inclusive education.
Provide assistive learning materials such as PECS, digital devices.
Offer therapy support (speech, occupational, and physiotherapy) to improve learning outcomes.
Train teachers and caregivers on inclusive education to create supportive learning environments.
4. A Story of Hope
Nine-year-old Mary* has cerebral palsy and dreams of becoming a teacher. Her mother sells vegetables in the market and struggles to pay for Mary’s special school fees. Through this project, children like Mary will have access to education, therapy, and hope for a brighter future. Your support can make that dream possible.
5. A Call to Action
We humbly invite you to partner with us in making inclusive education a reality. By donating to this project, you’re not just paying school fees — you’re giving a child dignity, confidence, and a future.
Together, we can ensure that every child, regardless of ability, has a chance to learn and thrive.
Thank you for your continued kindness and generosity.
Warm regards,
Edyth Bones
