As always GlobalGiving has supported E.A.S.E. Foundation, enabling us to continue our work supporting the most vulnerable, marginalized group: people with disabilities.
We were able to do our annual beach trip on the 12th of December. Since we had volunteers to help our students their mothers were able to relax a bit. We were worried about the weather but fortunately the morning was perfect. When the rains came in the afternoon, we were glad to gather in the hall provided by the hotel and dance to the music provided by the volunteers.
On the 19th of Dec. we were able to have our year end Christmas party. A volunteer band of musicians provided music so our families could dance the morning away. Dancing is a favorite activity among our students and their families. Everyone enjoyed the table laden with food, ice cream is always a special treat. By giving each family, a bountiful bag of essential foods and a few treats we were able to ensure that the families were able to enjoy the holiday season.
Donors who support us through GlobalGiving are the wind beneath our wings. Our students work diligently on honing their academic and other skills. So, the fun events are a welcome, and necessary breaks.
Thank you
