Our Dear Readers, greetings from Mpigi Women with Disabilities Association. Thank you for the journey we have so far walked with you. We are happy to report to you that 10 of our learners are in the process of registering for final examinations. Five are registering for Primary Leaving Examinations (P.7), Four are registering for Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) and One is registering for Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE). We are also supporting them with getting medical reports to register as learners with disabilities so that Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) can consider them as candicates with special needs. Once a medical report is available UNEB makes proper preparations by giving them supervisors and allocating them some more time for them to finalise writing their papers.
We are hopeful that they will all register and make it in the final examinations.
