As of this time, the Pasimio Memorial Clinic has reached 35% in its construction progress. The i-beams used as primary columns and beams are now installed. Welding works are on going to secure the stability i-beam joints. Painting of i-beams has been done to avoid rusting or corrosion. Steel plates and bolts are also prepared to hold stable the joints and connections of the i-beams.
Aside from the on going major welding works, vertical rebars are prepared for the column reinforcements at the back portion of the building. Following the said work is crafting of metal forms. Once all concrete columns are set, having metal forms, concrete pouring will subsequently follow.
The most recent work for the projected schedule is the installation of the steel decks for flooring. Installation of reinforcement bars for the floor slabs will soon follow.
