AID Sierra Leone provided additional school and food items to 5 orphans in the northern region of Makeni. Five other orphans in Freetown also received school and councelling supports. The organization continued providing sensitization programs on stigmatization, marginalization and abuse in respect of Ebola Orphans in the country.
Even though resources to support children orphaned by the deadly Ebola virus are limited, our organization is determined and committed to providing much needed food, clothing, school materials, and social counselling to orphans in Sierra Leone.
The organization is grateful to our partners and friends who donated their hard-earned cash in support of Ebola Orphans in Sierra Leone through the GlobalGiving platform.
