The inauguration of La Casa de las Mujeres de Santiago el Pinar "Adriana Aguerrebere" is the culmination of one of the great dreams of the women of Santiago el Pinar and Adriana, founder of NGOimpacto. It is a space where, hand in hand with the Municipal Council of Women, their human rights are strengthened, and they become agents of change in their community and for their community.
Adriana said, "I feel that we still have a lot of work to do to get to the point where we can help rebuild a space that will be a development center for women in Santiago el Pinar". Convinced that the aim was not only to intervene communities affected by 7s 2017 but to leave something that would work for the future.
Although Adriana is no longer with us physically; her legacy and love will remain in the hearts of the women of Santiago el Pinar.
