We are writing to update you that GlobalGiving through whom you have contributed to our work was placed on the ‘Prior Reference Category’ (PRC) list of donors by the Ministry of Home Affairs, India in 2019. Since then, GlobalGiving has been unable to make disbursements to Indian-banked nonprofit partners, including us.
Despite their efforts over two years, the GlobalGiving team has been unable to get off the PRC list or identify an alternative disbursement solution. We can assure you that this is not a reflection on us as an organization. GlobalGiving will contact you separately to discuss what happens to the donations you have made but have yet not been disbursed to us.
