Thanks to the funds received through Global Giving, we were able to cover the costs of monthly meals for one pupil and cover the cost of living for students in the Dormitory.
Thanksto fundraising actions in 2018, we were able to equip the school kitchen and canteen with the necessary tools. Since then, young people have eaten healthy, nutritious and tasty meals prepared by cooks (mothers and grandmothers of students from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan who managed to return to Poland).
Thanks to this investment, we were able to reduce the cost of food for our pupils and in the same time improving its quality. Several times a week, the canteen receives fresh food products to prepare meals for the Foundation's children.
Thanks to donors' contributions, it was possible to cover part of the costs associated with the purchase of food products.
In addition, thanks to the support, it was possible to cover the costs of maintaining several students in the school dormitory. Students often come from poor or large families who cannot afford to cover cost of pupil living.
Together, we give them a chance for a better life, a return to lost roots, a return to life in the country of ancestors.
