Last July, a scared and lonely dog named Sundance wandered the streets of Long Beach, hoping someone would help him find his way home.
He ended up at spcaLA, and we were sure this beautiful, smart Shepherd mix would be adopted in no time.
But days turned into weeks. Weeks into months.
We tried everything — foster homes, different spcaLA shelters, even turning him into a social media star. Still, no one came.
Then, after more than a year of waiting, Sundance was finally found.
Today, he’s living his best life with a loving family — playing, cuddling, and thriving — thanks to the support of people like you.
Thank you.
