Over the past three months, we provided nutritious meals every day to children, elderly residents, and visually impaired individuals in several orphanages and care homes across Visakhapatnam. The beneficiaries included Care & Love Foundation (Madhavadhara), Matru Prema Old Age Home (Muralinagar), Loyola Orphanage (Pendurthi), Netravidyalam (Bheemili Road), and other institutions as needed. Each meal included rice, curries, chicken, a fresh fruit, a sweet, and a drinking water bottle. During this period, we distributed a total of 500 meals.
This initiative was carried out entirely through our own efforts without any external donations or financial support. The cost of providing one meal was 100, making the total project cost 50,000 (500 meals × 100). Through this initiative, we were able to bring nutritious food, care, and hope to vulnerable communities, reaffirming our commitment to serving those in need with dignity and compassion.
