Dear Supporters of Wheelchair Basketball in Laos,
It's been a while since we last communicated. Sorry for the break, but it's important to lay the right foundations before you start to build!
We have decided not to wait for more donations as only a few have trickled in since we reached the magic $5,000 target.
We think that rather than wait any longer, we will simply proceed with starting practice sessions. We don't have enough money to pay for a Sports Officer, so we are relying on Ving Tong (his photo is on our part of the GlobalGiving site), and the team at the LDPA to provide voluntary support to start motivating Wheelchair Basketball players. Wish us luck!
We will send photos when we have some from the practice sessions.
