We are happy to inform you that the Digital Literacy Project over the last year have been able to train 120 youths in digital literacy in the two Academy of Working Children in Malviya Nagar and Jagatpura. We would like to take this oppotunity to thank you for your contribution to this initiative, making it possible to empower the next generation with digital skills.

Since the course is affiliated by Rajasthan State Certification in Computer Courses (RS- CIT), the certificate is highly instrumental in securing better jobs and education for the youth participating in the course. RS-CIT course certification is mandatory to apply and/or get promotions in state government jobs as well.

The course teaches the fundamentals in computers that primarily includes an introduction of computer, its hardware and software, various commands and shortcuts, painting, note pad, word pad, MS office, window movie maker and using the Internet during the three months of course duration. Furthermore, an objective test was conducted after completion of three-month course and all the qualified students were provided with the certificates.

Currently 30 youths have gotten employment after taking the course within this year. More are on their way to get employeed.
