Happy New Year! 2017 proved to be an exciting year, and we are incredibly proud of all that we have accomplished.

"GlobeMed is a network of people who work together. We are bound by the promise to ask what's possible with imagination, rather than what is possible within the bounds of what has already been imagined." - Kaleigh Post, GlobeMed at Lawrence University

As we head into 2018, our network comprises:

  • Over 2,000 active members at 60 university chapters across the United States, and our newest pilot chapter at the University of Rwanda in Kigali.
  • A robust network of over 4,000 alumni. These courageous and values-driven individuals lead from every sector, position, and corner of the world.
  • Over 50 grassroots organizations partnered with us to improve health outcomes in Africa, Asia, and the Americas.
  • Our staff and fellows at Global Headquarters in Evanston, IL who provide strategy, continuity, and stability so that GlobeMed continues to grow and prosper.
  • Our highly skilled, and insightful Board of Directors and a Global Advisory Council, who guide the organization with commitment.
  • YOU, our supporters, who have provided over $10 million to support our programs and help develop the next generation of global health leaders!

Our annual report highlights the stories of our network, and gives insight into the variety of programs we can offer because of your support.

Thank you, once again, for another incredible year. As we look towards 2018, we will continue to lean into our Leadership Practices and develop stronger partnerships in the pursuit of health equity.
