PROGRESS ON EMERGINATION AFRICA VIRTUAL INNOVATION ACCELERATOR

By Prince Makawa Abudu | Co-founder/COO Emergination Africa

EA Virtual Innovation Accelerator (VIA) Master Classes
As part of the exciting VIA program, the 8 competing student teams have participated in 6 Master Classes that
were hosted by industry experts. The Master Classes focused on new venture operating models, business
implementation, and financial management.

Each team had an opportunity to go through a master class with each master class being facilitated by a
minimum of 8 facilitators that would lead learners into breakout rooms for deeper sessions. This was a very
exciting experience for the learners as they managed to connect virtually with global and local Industry
experts.

The Facilitators played a guiding role with the student teams, and led them as they found answers to the
critical questions for their projects, ensuring the success of both the breakout sessions and the overall
program. We are confident that these Master Classes will lead learners to realise their ventures and contribute
to meaningful developments within their communities.
