When We Learn Together, Our Voices Reach Further

By Rosario Felix | Project Leader

In an increasingly connected world, having access to digital tools also means having more opportunities to learn, communicate, and make our voices heard.

At AGTR, we have launched the workshop “Strengthening Digital Skills for Creating Content to Raise Awareness of the Struggles of Domestic and Care Workers,” designed for domestic workers from our community.

This initiative is made possible through the student group Sostener(nos) from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, working together with AGTR. During the sessions, participants will have the opportunity to learn about digital tools that can strengthen their ability to create and share content, express their experiences, and help raise awareness about the realities and struggles of domestic and care workers.

For many women, learning something new can open a door that once seemed out of reach. Every tool they learn to use, every piece of content they create, and every experience they share can strengthen their autonomy, confidence, and ability to advocate for their rights.

We are especially happy to accompany the domestic workers who have chosen to participate in this process with enthusiasm and commitment. Because it is never too late to learn, and every new skill can become a new opportunity.

Thank you to everyone who makes these learning spaces possible, and to all the participants for their trust and commitment to this process.

Your support can also help us create more training opportunities for domestic and care workers. Every donation helps us strengthen their skills, autonomy, and voices.

Help us continue creating opportunities. Donate and be part of this change.
