We organized "24-hour campaign" in Pontis Foundation for four years now and every year our goal is to attract new donors to NGOs from all over Slovakia. This year we chose organizations that are less known, but they are doing an amazing job in their region. Through a partnership with Radio Express we got attention of many people who contributed to them 5235.52 EUR in total. Thank you!
All those donations already began to turn into a lot of great work. They provided many hours of special art therapy, kids could learn about nature, innovative thinking or programming. The winner of the € 1,000 bonus from Pontis Foundation was Nezábudka - center for ill children and young people. Congratulations!
"I wholeheartedly thank each donor for their trust in our project. We are trying our best to help parents in adverse situations. Special education takes time and time is money. When teachers and kids have the time they need, then the progress starts. Thanks to finances collected during the "24-hour campaign" we can give our children the much needed time and lead them to "step by step" process of education" said Ildikó Popálená from Nezábudka center.
