We ask ourselves this question very often. What is our responsibility? How can we (or how should we) contribute to a better country. Great country.
We are happy to provide a space for people who want to join us. Who want to support great initiatives and contribute to a common good. The space in our online fundraising platform where you can find 54 innovative strategic projects, managed by reliable, trustworthy organizations from Slovakia. And thousands of commited donors, supporters, givers.
Altogether 52 NGOs and 54 project coordinators met on 23th January, at our annual meeting and training. We welcome 12 new coordinators who joined us in our effort to engage people in Slovakia into our causes. We learnt new skills and exchanged information about our planned events and fundraising campaigns.
Since 1st Januay we have helped to raise more than 20,000 dollars for our causes and we have started to plan 3 exciting campaign in 2015 - Restaurant Day, 24-hour marathon and Trvdák (Tough-man). More than 25 projects will join us and use the communication space as an opportunity to make their cause visible and accessible for the people who want to help or join the team. You have helped us to make it happen.
Now we want to say THANK YOU. Thank you for helping and being there. Thank you for co-creating this country and a hope for its better future.
