Customized Wheelchairs for the 1st time in Egypt!

In Alhassan FDN we work day and night so that we can provide the physical and financial independence for all wheelchair users in Egypt.

These customized wheelchairs are tailor-made for each case based on his/her weight, height, health condition and needs. It’s made with medically approved materials, and components. It’s also provided with cushions to resist pressure sores & any possible skin irritations. Using customized wheelchairs made wheelers’ daily lives so much easier; consequently, that boosted their self-esteem and physical independence.

We at Alhassan Foundation always aim to be present to serve our members everywhere and in every governorate in Egypt.

Malak  is a 16-year-old student in her second year of secondary school .

Malak suffers from deformities and severe curvature in both legs, which have left her unable to move independently. Her classroom is on the fourth floor, making it very difficult for her to attend school. Currently, she can only go one day a week, except during monthly exams when she attends daily.

When her mother became ill, the school temporarily moved Malak’s classroom to the ground floor. However, this is only a temporary solution, and she does not know where her classroom will be when regular classes resume.

Malak recently joined Alhassan Foundation, where we took her measurements for a customized wheelchair.

With your donation, her wheelchair can be delivered soon—and it can change her life. It will give Malak greater independence, make it easier for her to move safely, and help her attend school and continue her education with dignity.

For Malak, this wheelchair means more than mobility. It means the chance to keep learning and move forward with her life.
