Sierra Leone's education sector grapples with challenges that hinder effective teaching and learning, particularly in underserved communities. A critical shortage of qualified teachers, compounded by dilapidated school infrastructure and limited access to essential learning materials, contributes to poor educational outcomes and high dropout rates. These issues disproportionately affect students in rural and low-income areas, limiting their opportunities for success.
