We continue our systematic work with teenagers in Mykolaiv based at our office and in cooperation with partner organizations. As part of these activities, we regularly organize workshops, informational and educational lectures, creative activities, meetings, and career guidance courses aimed at developing skills, self-realization, and supporting young people.
We also place significant emphasis on creative master classes, where teenagers can express themselves through art and handmade activities, create crafts, participate in interactive group sessions, and develop communication and teamwork skills in a safe and supportive environment. Such activities not only encourage creativity, but also help reduce stress and strengthen emotional well-being.
We pay special attention to the psychological support of teenagers. On a regular basis, we conduct activities and sessions focused on emotional resilience, communication skills, and stress management. In addition, we provide an average of 12 individual psychological consultations for teenagers each month.
At the same time, we are actively implementing one of the foundation’s key programs in Mykolaiv - “Internet Safety.” In the context of the ongoing war, digital safety for children and teenagers has become critically important. Young people increasingly face risks related to online manipulation, fraud, cyberbullying, disinformation, and attempts to involve teenagers in dangerous activities through social media. For this reason, we conduct educational sessions focused on safe online behavior, protection of personal data, critical thinking, and responsible use of digital platforms.
We continue to see a strong demand from young people for a safe space for development, communication, and non-formal education. During the last month alone, 7 new teenagers joined our activities for the first time, visited our events, and became acquainted with the work of our foundation.
All of this demonstrates the real need within the community for the creation of a separate youth center - an accessible space where teenagers can receive support, develop skills, participate in educational and creative activities, and become part of an active youth community.
Only together with you, and thanks to your support, will we be able to create and further develop this space for young people in Mykolaiv. Your contribution is not only support for a project - it is an investment in a safe environment where teenagers can learn, communicate, receive psychological support, develop their potential, and feel that they are not left alone during difficult times.
