We are pleased to share the first update on the Creating a Cinema Space in Vavylove Village project. Thanks to the initial support from donors, we have raised $450, which enables us to take the very first practical step toward bringing this idea to life.
With these funds, we have already initiated the procurement process to purchase a projector, which is the key piece of equipment needed to begin hosting film screenings. This marks an important milestone, as the project is now moving from planning into implementation. The projector will allow us to launch the first screenings for young people in the community and begin creating a space for shared experiences, learning, and dialogue.
While additional resources are still needed to fully equip the cinema space, this first step is critical. It demonstrates tangible progress and brings us closer to creating a place where young people can gather, connect, and engage in non-formal education. We will be happy to share more details on the procurement process and the next stages very soon.
