Coronavirus relief in Gujarat

As we all are aware about the current situation of pandemic in India. We can say that it has not affected much to the middle class and upper class people in the society. But largely affected to the lower class and specially living in the city slum or interior villages who are depending on the daily wages. The poor are becoming poorer day by day in this situation. That is the reason why GVT has started feeding the slums and rural community.

Working in the slums and rural community, GVT has observed that these communities are really facing bad time, as they have lost their temporary jobs, the wages have cut down or not called every day for the job. So it is really difficult for them to manage their daily food. The migrant people are forced to visit their natives, but the same situation has emerged there also so they are not moving to their natives. Women who were going for the household work in the city areas are also not allowed for the work due to safety reasons. So overall the financial crisis is seen in these families.

Looking at this situation GVT is trying to feed by some rations to these families, so that they can at least have some healthy food every day. A kit of rations is provided to these families which can be feed a family for at least a month. GVT is also supporting by giving some face mask to this families, which is made by our health leaders in different villages. These masks are distributed free, as these community are not able to afford to by the same.

GVT is supported by different well-wishers in this noble cause. And through their helping hand we are able to reach out to them. While working in this areas we are finding more people who really need support and we are trying our best to help them. As a team of GVT we request you to help in this noble cause to support at least one family, so that they can face this critical time.
