En esta etapa, nos complace compartir los avances en la habilitación del espacio público como complemento a la construcción de los módulos de vivienda. Este espacio ha sido concebido como un elemento central del proyecto, no solo como área de tránsito, sino como un lugar de encuentro, intercambio y organización colectiva.
La intervención ha incluido trabajos de nivelación del terreno, delimitación de áreas comunes y la adecuación de espacios que permitirán el desarrollo de actividades comunitarias, recreativas y organizativas. Este proceso ha sido acompañado activamente por las familias, quienes han participado en jornadas de trabajo colectivo, reafirmando el carácter colaborativo del proyecto.
La articulación entre los módulos de vivienda y el espacio público busca fortalecer la vida comunitaria, promoviendo dinámicas de cuidado mutuo y apropiación del territorio. En ese sentido, el espacio público no es un componente accesorio, sino una dimensión fundamental en la producción social del hábitat.

At this stage, we are pleased to share progress in the development of the public space as a complement to the construction of the housing modules. This space has been conceived as a central component of the project—not only as an area for circulation, but as a place for gathering, exchange, and collective organization.
The intervention has included land leveling, the definition of shared areas, and the preparation of spaces that will enable community, recreational, and organizational activities. This process has been actively supported by the families, who have participated in collective work efforts, reinforcing the collaborative nature of the project.
The integration of the housing modules with the public space seeks to strengthen community life, fostering dynamics of mutual care and collective appropriation of the territory.
