Dear Friend of Grace Orphanage School!
Hope you and your family are health and safe! We are safe and still health, Grace Orphanage School Closed on the 20 March 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic. We have been under lock down for the past three month, without neither public nor private transport permitted. It’s been turf on the children, restricting their movement, socializing with their friends, wearing masks and regular washing of their hands but slowly by slowly they are getting there.
During this time of pandemic we have chosen to start off by improving and construction of new classes. We have begun by making mud bricks we hope to burn after we have laid 30,000 bricks. Currently we have laid 15,000bricks
Grace orphanage School operates its 10 classes with in 6 classroom block of which some class rooms are divided by soft boards in to two to create space for two class rooms in each room. It’s inconvenient for both the children and the teachers. Sometimes one teacher has to wait for the other to finish teaching in order to have his/her class.
Please we are kindly asking for your containued support to help us build the classes in order to create more learning space.
Warm regards
