Groceries for college students without money.

We are grateful for NGO partners, corporations, donors and supporters for their generousand continued  support to the "Educational Community Relief Center Project". On behalf of For Such a Time as This, and the people that have been impacted by grocery, prescription drugs, school uniforms and school supplies for kids, help with the payment for school enrollment fees, car seat for single mom and her child, etc., we would like to express our deepest gratitude.Without your contribution and support, our journey would not have progressed and prospered in changing the lives of the families, children, youth, bedridden individuals, and senior citizens who came from an economically disadvantaged background.

Most Puerto Ricans, still struggling every day to bring food to their family table. Some still without a home or a roof after two-year anniversary of Hurricane Maria, this past September 20th. Assurance of a safe home, food security, and sustainable subsistence living are very important in uplifting the economic condition of the communities.

While we continued to work with all the documentation needed to acquire the unused/abandoned school building, our past Governor resigned as Puerto Ricans protested for his removal. After ten days of riots in the middle of corruption, racism and sex scandals, he resigned. This not only affected Puerto Rico as a community, but it also affected the procedure of evaluation of our request, which in turn is on hold until the new governor reviews the list of unused/abandon school buildings and makes new decisions. In the meantime, we have a small office from where we still helping and loving our people.

We need the school building for our people. In which several activities, classes, trainings and much more will be taking place in benefit of the residents of the communities in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico and the bordering areas. We will not stop until our communities will have the "Educational Community Relief Center Project"

We are committed to Puerto Rico’s recovery. Thanks to your donations and support we can keep helping families, children, youths, and adults in Puerto Rico.

Thank you for supporting Puerto Rico and  For Such a Time as This.
