Thanks to your continued support, we're making real progress on something we care deeply about: closing the imagination gap for girls. It's a simple but powerful idea. Girls can't aspire to be what they've never seen. A career path can feel invisible, even out of reach, until a girl meets someone actually walking it. Career Day is designed to make those paths visible, one classroom presentation at a time.
This school year, we welcomed 26 guest speakers into classrooms, reaching 1,025 students across 4 Career Day events. These aren't lectures. They're conversations. Girls met women working in fields like engineering, medicine, tech, the arts, and sports entertainment and heard firsthand about their education and career journeys: the twists, the setbacks, the moments that changed everything.
What makes this powerful is the real-time engagement. Girls aren't just listening. They're asking questions: What classes should I take? What does the day-to-day actually look like? What skills do I need to build now?
Girls left not just inspired, but with the beginnings of an actual plan: a subject to focus on, a mentor's contact, a next step toward the career of their dreams. That shift, from "I wonder if I could" to "here's how I'll get there," is exactly the gap we're working to close.
Because of your support, girls are:
We're grateful for your partnership in this work. Every classroom visit from a woman professional is possible because you believe, like we do, that girls deserve to see the full range of futures available to them.
Thank you for helping us close the imagination gap — one conversation, one classroom, one Career Day at a time.
